This order form is to make ordering easier.  Before using this form you must contact our restaurant to make sure we are able to provide the catering for you on your date and time.  Then you can use this form to submit your order.  You will receive a reply email to confirm that we received your order.  If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us to make sure we received the order.  Once again this in ONLY to be used to submit an order that you previously contacted us for.
